When you register on the Platform, various information is collected from you and the customer availing the services through the platform like contact information, including your name, company name, address, email address, telephone number, remitter and its beneficiary details and Device id for biometric authentication. When you visit our website, we also collect the technical and navigational information such as IP address, browser information, and latitude, longitude. This information may be used to aware you regarding technical issues, or it may be use to improve our services and functionalities and is stored securely on a server operated and managed by the company(Server) or its banking or other service partners as per the authorised sub-agent Due Diligence practises and Master Directions Know Your Customer (KYC) Directions 2016 updated from time to time by the RBI. This information will be stored on the Server and a unique digital id (CSP ID) will be allotted to your registration. The CSP ID will thereafter be used to identify you in all subsequent Platform related transactions and will be associated with any data or information uploaded from the Platform to the Server.

 

  1. Each time you and the customer availing the services offered through the platform performs a transaction, we will collect transactional data as per regulatory KYC/ AML norms and procedures and upload it to the Server.

 

  1. The Platform continuously collects your transactional data and stores securely on the server of the company. This information will only be uploaded to the Server along with your CSP ID, the company will ensure preservation and confidentiality of the customer information in its possession.

 

2. USE OF INFORMATION

  1. The personal information collected from you at the time of registration under Clause 1(a) above, will be stored on the Server of the company or the Banking Partner and only be used in anonymized, aggregated datasets for the purpose of generating reports and other statistical analysis as per regulatory norms. The information may also be used for Communicate with you to provide with updates and other information relating to the website and our services, and for marketing and promotional purposes. We may share your basic information (Name, Mobile number, email id) with third party or vendors appointed by us to you send you email or text message communication related to initiatives, services, and other activities. We ensure that our third parties and vendors shall keep your information confidential and will not be initiating unwanted communication messages to you. Your ID will only be co-related with your personal information in order to communicate and verify the bonafide access of the Platform and use of its services.

3. DATA RETENTION

  1. All personal information collected from you under Clause 1(a) at the time of registration will be retained for as long as your account remains in existence and as per regulatory directions or guidelines for such period thereafter as is required for such interventions to be completed.

 

  1. Nothing set out herein shall apply to the anonymized, aggregated datasets generated by the personal data of authorised sub-agents and the customers availing the services offered through the platform or any reports, heat maps or other visualization created using such datasets.

 

4. ONBOARDING / NOMINATION

Onboarding / Nomination Information like Name, Mobile number, email address, Biometric authentication devices, etc stored by us and is completely confidential and is not shared with any external Partner / agency / individual at any cost and we use this information to improve and offer better services along with better user experience.

5. RIGHTS

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. We do not sell, rent or lease your personal information or transactional history to any Third Parties. Also, you have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request that we complete the information you believe is incomplete.
